Yep, I'm Late

This is what happens when you sit down to read a book you've been waiting months for. You read at the expense of everything else. At least, I do!

My daughter handed me "Lover at Last" yesterday morning, on her way to work. I've been reading it ever since. Well, except for this break last night when we went to see the opening of "The Host," which, by the way, is a pretty good flick.

Anyway, I just finished reading. Guess life can now go back to normal, whatever that is.

Hope you have a wonderful Easter!!

Oh, and Go Pens!! 14 in a row. Whoo hoo!

You were late posting and I'm late commenting. Maybe it's a WOWA thing.

Happy Easter, Stacy.

Linda - That would be a good excuse if we had a meeting. :)

Wow. I'm lucky if I can read a chapter in a day. I read really slowly.

Michael - I find I read slow, too, when I'm reading a book I'm not really into. Probably why I don't read a lot of textbooks! :)

I think anytime a book can sweep us away from the real world is a moment to be celebrated, my friend. *raises coffee high* Cheers!

Love your passion for reading fiction.

Hey Stacy,
What's Lover about? Is it a YA?
Yup, saw The Host. And I'm in agreement, stayed close to the story line. Didn't William Hurt do a great job?

Hey Jimmy - Yeah, I love it when I get lost in a book. Not good when I SHOULD be working, though. Oops. Oh well.

Ivy - Yeah, I do have some reading passion, don't I? I just LOVE to read (pretty much how you just love couponing).

Sandra - "Lover at Last" is Book 11 in JR Ward's Black Dagger Brothershood series, so definitely NOT YA. And yeah, William Hurt was great. Almost didn't recognize him!
