Most are casseroles or appetizers. One is an appetizer I will take with me to a holiday party this weekend. You spread cream cheese onto a of beef lunch meat (I use carl buddigs) and then sprinkle it with garlic (I use the cut up kind out of a jar) then you roll up an onion in the middle of it (a spring onion/green onion). I make a whole bunch and take them in a tupperware container. Part of why I do it is because they say that onions keep the flu away and everyone seems to love them and gobble them down fast.
