Best of luck with the knee! I always mess mine up as soon as I start exercising . . . because I seem to also always stop o_O lolSK Anthonyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04601373778228160390noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5917316172488329464.post-48258629442543967122015-11-10T09:32:30.687-05:002015-11-10T09:32:30.687-05:00Maria - You'd think the knee would be sympathe...Maria - You'd think the knee would be sympathetic. Any kind of exercise would benefit the whole body! Today went well, though. And I walked on the treadmill (slow--2 mph--for 20 minutes). So much better than that blasted bike! :)

Jeff - Fitbit is a device you wear around your wrist that measures your activity. I heard about them a year or so ago. I don't necessarily want to measure my (in)activity, but I do want to measure my heart rate so that I might be able to notice any changes (and to make sure I'm reaching a certain level once my knee lets me work out a little harder).Stacy McKitrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07898731847653710759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5917316172488329464.post-69056115548777321462015-11-10T06:13:31.765-05:002015-11-10T06:13:31.765-05:00What the heck is a Fitbit? But I may be off.

Very cool on the exercise. That's really what I want from a wrist device (if I decide to buy one, that is). But the battery life sounds impressive!

By the way, I survived the fitness center today. Knee seems okay. Then again, I only worked on the upper body today. Tomorrow I'll work on the legs. Then we'll see how well it goes. :)Stacy McKitrickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07898731847653710759noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5917316172488329464.post-56538933137385363672015-11-09T14:19:30.227-05:002015-11-09T14:19:30.227-05:00Tim has a wrist thing but not a Fitbit. I don't know the spelling.

I looked at YouTube review videos from men. He loves his. Battery lasts for a year, no charging.
