100 Days to 2012

Can you believe there are only 100 days left in the year? Do you care?

Would you like to accomplish anything specific before 2012 arrives?

I do. I want to finish the first draft of Ghostly Liaison. It's doable if I quit fidgeting. Especially now that the book has formed in my head and scenes are starting to play out (Yay!). The writing is flowing once again, so I'm taking advantage. Well, I'm trying anyway!

I also want to get back to the gym. And I will as soon as I get the go-ahead from my doctor (2 more weeks!!). I've been away too long. It's time I went back. Now that my husband is serious about losing weight, I think it will be easier for me to start back up. We'll see if I can make it part of my routine before the year ends. At least the gym will be less crowded now compared to the beginning of the year.

That's about all I really care about accomplishing in the next 100 days. Wish me luck! And if you want to share what you'd like to accomplish before year-end, go ahead. I love comments!

You should try Nanowrimo. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish! As for me, I want to finish Time's Fugitive revisions, beta reads, editing and all - and release it in ebook by Christmas. Good luck on you book!

Take it easy going back to the gym.

I'd like to start yoga after I finish my stint with my knee doc.

Jennette - I don't think I could handle Nanowrimo. Besides, you're supposed to start fresh with that (or else you're considered cheating), right? I'm always in the middle of a project when November comes around.

Maria - Trust me, I don't intend to over-do the gym. I know you're supposed to start slow. It kills me that I have to start over, but it's the only way I'll get stronger and in shape. Good luck with your knee!

Thanks for commenting.

Good luck. I should hit the gym more seriously too. 100 days -- wow, I should review my new year's resolution for 2011.

Hi Erin! I had to go back to my Jan 1st blog to see if I had any kind of resolution and hello! I sort of did. It was to exercise more. Ha ha!

Well, if I can get it back into my routine now, then I guess I can say I succeeded, huh?

Thanks for stopping by!

Oh, hell, Stacy - now I have to dig out those New Year's goals and resolutions from last January and see how badly I've done. The pressure. The pressure.
