Today's the Day

Hubby goes in for surgery today at 2pm. Here’s hoping he’s in there a long time (they’ve allotted five hours). If he is, then that means the doctor is removing the tonsil and surrounding area (a decision the doctor will make after he can do a thorough examination). That’s what we’re gambling on. That’s what we’re hoping for.

I don’t think I’ll relax until he’s been in surgery for a couple of hours. Because that’ll be my answer.

I’ll post the results in the comments.

So… I’m hoping to spend an awfully long time in the waiting room (we have to arrive by 11:30am for him to be registered and checked in). I’ll have my book, my iPod, and my computer. Hopefully I’ll be able to concentrate enough to get some work done (and make the time go faster).
