Playing Around with Blogger

I've been blogging for two years now (my first blog was Thanksgiving in 2009 - Happy Anniversary to me!) and I'm still learning how to use the blog.

I've decided to add some "pages" to my blog, starting with the list of books I've read this year. I haven't figured out what other pages to add. Any suggestions?

I've also tried to add a picture to my header, but the header keeps coming up black! Very frustrating. If anyone knows how to get around that, I'd appreciate the information.

Maybe one day I'll just change the template, but I'm afraid if I change it, I'll hate it, and then I won't know how to go back to what I had. Can you tell I've got an aversion to change?

Wish I could be of help, but I have no idea why your header keeps coming up black.

Ah, thanks anyway. I really hate it when something doesn't work like it's supposed to.

Personally, I like your blog the way it is. (I've got the change aversion, too. Except every once in a while when I go a little nuts and move everything around. LOL)

Thank you, B.E. I like the layout of this blog (and the colors - they don't hurt my eyes), but I'm not immune to moving things around. My side panel was getting a little long - I mean, who (besides me) scrolls all the way down? I just felt a little proud that I finally figured out how to add pages! :)

I probably won't change the overall look of the blog unless Blogger forces me (like last time - boy, that was tough!). None of the other templates do anything for me and I just don't have the time to be that creative. Lazy me, I know!

I like changing my header out and the side bar. That's what's fun. Shaking it up a bit. Adding and removing stuff.

I am soon to change my header again. And for the life of my I can't figure why yours goes black.

Anyway, hope your day was grand. I worked prep for 10 hours and now I'm home for two days. Two whole days. Woohoo.

Cheers and boogie boogie.
