Hockey, hockey, hockey! Man, I had really wished the Chicago
Blackhawks had won last night. Then I’d be watching the Stanley Cup finals. But
no, they went and lost and I have NO desire to see the Rangers and Kings play
for the cup. However, after seeing both teams play, I’m guessing the Kings will
take it. They seem to have more energy than the Rangers. But that’s just my
opinion. Don’t go putting any money on it, okay?
I’m still trying to get over this crud, but a book I’ve been
waiting for since March has been released today (M.Q. Barber’s “Healing the
Wounds”) and I can't wait to read it! Happy happy joy joy!! So glad I turned in my
edits already. I won’t feel guilty reading! J
So… What aren’t you feeling guilty about today?
Hope you have a super Monday! Is that even possible? Hmmm…

Never bet against a team with Justin Williams on it in game 7.
I feel your pain, having watched my Bruins get bounced in the previous round. Gah.
Jeff - Actually, I felt MORE pain when the Rangers beat my Penguins. That was one miserable night.
No guilt here, just a brand new week after staycation. Boy, that went fast. Time to do dishes, and get crackin'. Happy reading and boogie boogie.
Ivy - See... starting the week out guilt-free is great, right? I recommend it for EVERYONE! :)
Stacy,
I'm super bummed about the Hawks. They put up a good fight but the Kings just had a little more oomph at the end. We are all mourning today here in Chicago.
I should be doing my last editing pass but it's storming so I don't want to loose my story off my computer. At least that's my excuse.
Happy Monday.
I just don't fall for that guilt livin' stuff. Life's too damn short. Cheers and boogie boogie.
Bonnie - Storming, huh? I guess that means it's headed THIS way! Oh well, my lawn could use some watering, I'm sure.
Ivy - I wish I could live a guilt-free life, but I don't think I'm built that way. I do my best, though.
I'm not feeling guilty about reading blogs while my husband thinks I'm doing paperwork LOL. Hey, I worked at the day job all day; he didn't! Hope you kick the crud soon (mine's finally leaving me!) and enjoy your book!
I spent Monday at home with a barfing five year old. Today I went to work. I'm happy about that.
Michael - That would definitely make for a lousy Monday. I hope your five-year-old is better, though.
Jennette - Oops, missed you. I enjoyed my book VERY MUCH. Got it read in one day. Now I'm sad it's over.
